The main methods of implementing processes are described for which machines and devices, purpose and areas of their use are used, classification, typical structures of equipment and their main nodes, and technical characteristics and calculations of performance and energy consumption are given.
The streaming technological lines of fish processing production, the scientific and methodological foundations of the organization of technological flow using the general theory of systems are considered. Signs of streaming production, classification of fluid fish processing lines, the selection of equipment and layout of lines are described.
