FUMO was admitted in the system of higher education in the enlarged group of specialties and areas of training "Veterinary medicine and Zootechnia" as a textbook for inter-university use in educational organizations implementing higher education programs in the specialty of Veterinary Medical Assistance and areas of training "Veterinary and Sanitary Expertise" (Bachelor) "Veterinary and sanitary examination" (magistracy)
The textbook is compiled according to the curriculum. It includes lecture and practical information about the basic tissues and systems of the organism of productive animals, which are the raw materials of animal origin, the structural control of the fatness of living animals and carcasses (half -tush) of productive animals according to state standards, species and age -related anatomical differences in the somatic and internal systems of the body of productive animals, morphological composition of parts and cuts of carcasses of productive animals in order to prevent falsifications and especially zooanthroponoses to a trading network.
