Semosy method in mechanical engineering technology

The application of the method of similarity theory is shown to study the quality parameters of the surface layer and the accuracy of the machining of parts obtained in various ways. The initial ratios of the method of similarity in the processing of materials by cutting are given. Based on this, the results of a study of the quality of the surface layer of the processed surface of the part and the error of its processing were obtained. The methodology for automating the calculation of technological processing conditions with the provision of specified accuracy and quality parameters is proposed, as well as the methodology for the purpose of the technological conditions of processing, taking into account the operational properties of the parts of the machines.
