"Semiconductor circuitry" is a translation of the 12th edition of the well-known book of Ulrich Titze and Christophs Schenc (in 1982, the Mir Publishing House released the translation of the 5th edition of this book) This is a fundamental work uniting the principles of the device of semiconductor elements (diodes, bipolar and field transistors, integral microcircuits) and the basis for creating various functional nodes of analog technology from these elements (amplifiers, modulators, filters, radio receivers) and digital (triggers, meters, registers, register Ciphers and decoders, memory devices, etc)
The book is divided into two volumes: the first is devoted to the basics of circuitry, the second - the use of functional nodes when creating more complex devices.
When presenting the material, equivalent schemes of both semiconductor elements and functional nodes are widely used, corresponding to work in the field of direct current and low /high frequencies. Particular attention is also paid to transitional digital processes. The description of each element or scheme is accompanied by the necessary amount of quite elementary formulas that serve for their engineering calculation.
