This is the first book of a series of practical manuals in four books under the general name “Half -order BIS on BMC series 5503 and 5507”, devoted to general information about basic matrix crystals, issues of the design methodology on their basis, design tools and libraries of half -order microcircuits 5503 and 5507 They are widely used in electronic equipment.
The book contains information about domestic basic matrix crystals currently used in space -purpose equipment. The design of the BMK series 5503 and 5507 is described in detail, their main characteristics are given. The book presents the methodology for designing semi-order BIS and the development of equipment based on them, outlines the procedure for mastering the production of BIS, a review of regulatory and technical documentation that regulates the requirements for microcircuits, gives an example of designing the microcircuit on the BMC series 5503 by means of CAPR “Ark 3.0”.
