The comprehensive problems of the national and energy security of Russia are considered, which contains special attention to the safety of storage and energy transport for energy resources. This is assigned to the analysis of electricity, liquid and gaseous energy resources, the ways of transporting them from places of production and production to end consumers. With this approach, an important role is played by both methods and means of transportation and storage of energy resources, which allows you to increase the safety of energy supply in the life system of man and the state.
Given all the increasing requirements for integrated safety, the timing of the functioning of vehicles and storage, as well as an increase in the physical and moral wear of fixed assets, considerable attention is paid to assessing the state and the development of methods of quantitative determination of external influences, internal processes, stress-deformed, and marginal states, strength, resource, survivability, reliability, safety and risks. On this basis, the conditions, capabilities and prospects of creating and operating storage and energy vehicles in the zones of acceptable risks at all stages of the life cycle are considered.
