Scientific foundations of cutting ships into scrap

The monograph discusses the problems of the practical implementation of the final stage of the life cycle of ships. In particular, world and domestic practices, cutting ships into a scrap, existing regulatory framework, issues of architecturally constructive features of the ships, the actual residual masses of the metal are analyzed. Theoretically substantiated the main parameters of the material preparation of production for cutting ships into scrap. Theoretical research and mathematical model are tested for adequacy experimentally. On their basis, a software system for the "shipyard" was developed.
