Russian central rocket. 1698–1998

The book contains a description of the rocket with the front (upper) application of the traction force ("pulling diagram") The advantages of this scheme over Braunovskaya with tail -pushing engines are shown. "Pulling scheme" was proposed by K.E. Tsiolkovsky when describing "space rocket trains", but almost before the research of V.N. Kochetkova in multi -stage missiles was not used. Of the many other interesting offers of the author, the “aircraft returned from the space orbit through the atmosphere of the planet using the Magnus-Wranca effect” should be distinguished. The author experimentally proven that the rotary planting of this kind surpasses even the helicopter. The technical part of the book is preceded by a very thorough description of the history of the reactive movement.
