Reference and methodological guide for the assessment and accounting of risks in the development of underground space in the city of Moscow.
The manual contains a list of basic risks of dangerous geological processes and negative structural-technological factors and the methodology for assessing their influence on the reliability of underground structures, as well as the characteristics and evaluation of the effectiveness of the potential danger of protective measures used in zones. The proposed decisions are based on the analysis of the state of the regulatory framework operating in the Russian Federation and abroad and practical experience in managing risks in construction and adapted to the engineering-geological and urban planning conditions of Moscow.
The provisions of the document are illustrated by examples of assessment and probability of risk implementation, determining the effectiveness of measures to reduce the danger of their manifestation and possible damage at underground construction objects in Moscow in open and closed methods of work.
