Quality assurance of non-detachable connections of titanium structures of aircraft. Monograph

The theoretical foundations of the formation of defects of inexhaustible compounds during the assembly of titanium structures by welding with melting are set out. Information about the properties of titanium alloys that make up the structural materials of modern aircraft is presented. A description of technological processes, special and specialized equipment for the assembly of aircraft, including the technology and means of forming of unusual connections during the assembly of aircraft welding, is given. The main factors of the formation of the section surface are determined, causing capillary condensation of pollution, their effect on the defectiveness of the metal of the seam of the unusual connection during the assembly of titanium structures is justified.
