Promising industrial technologies of laser processing

Modern industrial technologies for laser processing of materials are presented with powerful fiber laser sources. The technologies for welding the large thicknesses of steels and lasers with a capacity of up to 30 kW, the study of their structures, mechanical properties and areas of application are considered. Particular attention is paid to welding of various brands of aluminum alloys, heterogeneous materials and hybrid technologies. General representations and specific technologies of additive production of laser fusion of powders and laser volumetric powder surfacing are given. Specific technologies and equipment are given. The modern processes of laser alloying and cleaning of surfaces are considered. Representations of laser safety and protective equipment are given when using laser technologies.
