The training manual contains the main types of CNC equipment for a small -scale and serial type of production. The features of their designs, additional equipment and technological capabilities are considered. Particular attention is paid to the widespread use of polymer concrete (granite) and even natural granite blocks for corps parts (stanch), linear drives and electrospinders. The features of their load characteristics are considered.
Modern instrumental materials, methods and means of intensifying the cutting modes are given, the choice of tools and directions for reducing tungsten consumption are justified. The features of the designs of the shanks of the spindle equipment and the tools are considered, as well as the issues of preparing instrumental adjustments to work.
