The manual is developed in accordance with the work program of the discipline Processes and devices. The solution to typical problems in the main sections of the discipline is given: hydraulic processes, thermal processes, mass sharing processes. Particular attention is paid to the calculation of the properties of oil and oil products. The manual also presents tasks for independent work of students. The application contains tables and graphs most often used in solving the problems of chemical technology and oil processing technology: nomograms of the properties of some hydrocarbons, water and water vapor, a table of enthalpies of oil liquids and vapors.
The manual is addressed to students of the enlarged group of specialties of secondary vocational education “Chemical Technologies” and is intended for independent preparation for the performance of tests, home and individual tasks on topics: “Calculation of the heat -expandal apparatus” and “Calculation of the rectification column”.
