Problems of the theory of plasticity and geomechanics

The collection contains the main works written by scientists from 1972 to 2000, during the period of work at the Institute of Problems of RAS mechanics, containing important scientific results in the theory of plasticity and geomechanics. The theory of plasticity, mining, mechanics of the oil reservoir is considered. A new model of plastic deformation of materials with complex loading is proposed and developed. The problems of sudden emissions of coal, breed and gas have been investigated, the mechanism of a catastrophic phenomenon is explained, which is based on a number of fundamentally new provisions.
