The monograph contains the results of a study of standardization problems in the implementation of the provisions of the national technical regulations of the Russian Federation “On Fire Safety requirements”, “On the safety of buildings and structures”, “On the safety of gas distribution and gas consumption networks”, “On the safety of marine transport facilities”, “On the safety of safety internal water transport objects ”and technical regulations for tobacco products. As part of the study, analysis and correlation of objects and requirements of technical regulations, approved list of standardization documents adopted in 2016-2020, were carried out. Codes of the rules, national, interstate, international and regional standards, ciphers of the national standardization program, as well as collecting information on the practice of law enforcement and proposals from interested participants in the industry and a generalization of the data obtained. Based on the results of the study, key and organizational and methodological problems of standardization in the field of technical regulation were identified, urgent directions of improving standardization and national technical regulations were identified.
