Separate issues of normalizing the quality of crop production, information about processes flowing in grain masses, fruit and vegetable products, bast cultures and tobacco raw materials during storage and at the processing stage are considered. Theoretical foundations of storage, processing and pre -sale preparation of crop products and juicy plant objects are set out. The issues of environmental protection and the use of production waste are considered. The laboratory work presents a commodity assessment of juicy plant products and the practical foundations of processing and pre -operational training of products processing products.
