Theoretical and applied issues of fragile destruction of high -strength metal alloys on an iron basis of various alloy systems operated in hydrogen -containing media are considered. The methods of alternating alloys are presented, the influence of various factors on the sensitivity of alloys to corrosion-mechanical destruction is evaluated, and the kinetic patterns of destruction processes were revealed. Physico-chemical methods for protecting ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys are proposed. The processes of atmospheric corrosion of metal structures have been investigated.
For scientists and specialists in metalwork and heat treatment of metals and alloys, strength of strength and plasticity, metals processing, material science, construction technologies, compositional materials, mechanical engineering technologies and rational environmental management. The publication can also be useful to teachers and students of the corresponding specialties
