Parametric methods for diagnosing aircraft engines during bench tests and in operation

The main deterministic and statistical parametric methods for monitoring and diagnosing the technical condition of aviation gas turbine engines in the process of bench tests and operation, based on the processing and analysis of the measured engine parameters, are set out. The general issues of technical control and technical diagnostics of aviation engines, the tasks of technical diagnostics of the GTD and methods for solving them are considered.
In relation to bench tests, the issues of measuring the gas engine parameters during testing, evaluating and increasing the accuracy of parameters, processing experimental data according to the test results, experimental and statistical methods for taking into account the influence of atmospheric conditions, methods for constructing the consolidated throttle characteristics of the gas turbine engine and throttle characteristics of a particular copy GTD based on test results, methods of experimental and statistical comparison of testing stands, an experimental-statistical assessment of the impact of developments in operation on the characteristics of the gas turbine engine, methods of statistical assessment of the stability of engines in the process of serial production, methods of monitoring and diagnosing the technical condition of the gas turbine engine in thermo-ministine parameters.
In relation to the operation of the GTD, general issues of the parametric methods of technical diagnostics of the gas turbine engine, on -board systems for registering flight information and diagnostic systems, parametric methods for monitoring the technical condition of the component of the GTD using mathematical models and diagnostic matrices, as well as statistical methods of monitoring the technical condition are considered GTD, including in vibration parameters. Methods for evaluating the development of the GTD resource on equivalent development in the operation and monitoring of the parameters of the GTD based on the results of ground testing and parametric field information. Methods for monitoring the technical condition of the parts of the GTD washed by oil are described.
