The monographs consider theoretical and practical issues related to the completion of the implementation of the implementation of new forms of ownership in the formation of the Russian Railway Railway Railway Holding. Based on a large -scale analysis of the dynamics of loading the main directions of the Russian Railways network and the uneven operation of the operational work, new approaches are offered for the formation of the market for cargo operators of rolling stock. An economic assessment of the implementation of scenario options for introducing technological outsourcing is given on the example of JSC Federal Cargo Company with the justification of a methodological approach to form a consolidated carriage of wagons based on an algorithm for calculating the bandwidth during consolidation of the freight wagons fleet.
