A new approach to structural optimization of ergatic systems on the basis of system analysis has been set out, which includes structural-components, morphological, parameterly optimization, respectively, according to private, generalized and integral criteria in the form of targeted functions. The methodology of mathematical modeling of the reliability of the technical part and the human operator of the ergatic system is described, taking into account the graphs of the states of its elements as random March processes. The methodology for optimizing the structures of ergatic systems for monitoring and protecting explosive and fire hazardous objects is illustrated by examples of calculation and experimental data.
