The textbook sets out brief information about the resources of raw materials for the production of motor fuels and operational materials, as well as hydrocarbon fuel for vehicles (ATS) Detailed information on the classification, assortment, composition, physico-chemical and operational properties, methods for assessing the properties of domestic and foreign fuels, lubricants and technical fluids for PPCs with gasoline, diesel and gas internet agencies are given. Information on the assortment and use of modern structural-repairing materials (ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys, plastic, ceramic, metal-ceramic, glass, compositional, varnish, adhesive, anti-corrosion and protective materials) and materials used to marking roads.
Methods of rational use of fuels and lubricants during transportation and storage, the norms of their consumption when used. Information is given on re -use of motor and transmission oils and equipment to restore their operational properties. Information is given on the equipment of oil depots and gas stations.
