The training manual discusses the basic theoretical provisions of the instrumental physico chemical methods of analysis, a description of modern devices and equipment is given, as well as laboratory work on the methods of studying the structure and properties of the skin, fur and chemical materials used in leather fur production. Control issues are given for independent study of individual sections. The content of the book is closely related to the theoretical part of the disciplines studied by the profile "technological design of the skin and fur".
