This training manual discusses the issues of modeling the components of IP and semiconductor devices to perform the tasks of the SBSS schematic design based on SPICE-like (AIM-SPICE) systems of circuit modeling systems. A wide range of basic and universal SPICE models is presented, both traditional and new devices, including bipolar and mop transistors, heterobipolar transistors, thin-film transistors on polycremia and amorphous silicon, field transistors on the Gaas with the Schottka barrier. The theoretical material presented is accompanied by detailed examples.
The textbook is intended for students of technical universities, can be used in the following disciplines: "solid -state electronics", "microelectronics" and "microcircuit", for the specialty "microelectronics and semiconductor devices" directions "electronics and microelectronics".
