The textbook consists of three sections: I - standardization and management of product quality, II - interchangeability of typical formations, III - the basics of metrology and metrological support for weapons and military equipment. The presentation is based on the requirements of applicable regulatory legal acts, the recommendations of international standards in the field of product quality, metrology and standardization in the amount necessary for the qualified solution of the metrological support of the operation and repair of weapons and military equipment (VVT) In the presentation of the material, the emphasis is placed on urgent problems of improving the quality of products and services, metrological support of the ATP in modern conditions.
The issues of standardization, interchangeability, metrology and metrological support of ATT are set out. A unified system of tolerance and planting of smooth cylindrical compounds is given, the norms of interchangeability of typical joints of machines are set forth. Methods for substantiating the requirements for accuracy of basic conjugating are given.
