The general formulation of the tasks of optimal management and their connection with variational calculation, setting and the basis for solving protozoa extreme problems, the principle of lifting Lagrange restrictions and the principle of Maximum Pontryagin’s restrictions are considered. The method of optimality of dynamic programming is described. The main functional equation of Bellman is presented. The connection between the principles of maximum and dynamic programming is analyzed. The practical tasks of optimizing the management and flight of aircraft are considered. Elements of theoretical and game methods of optimizing movement control in the presence of uncertainty are given.
