Methods of computer modeling of the voltage of the metal flow in the processes of hot plastic deformation.
Given the fundamental provisions on the dependence of the voltage of the metal on the temperature, degree and speed of deformation, and modern representations, according to which this dependence is ambiguous and is determined taking into account the history of the loading process, as well as the methods of modeling the process of dynamic transformation of the structure during hot deformation of carbon steels. The methods of automated determination of the voltage of the metal flow based on experimental deformal hardening curves are considered.
