The book discusses the methods and algorithms of the analysis of logical correlations in digital CMOP schemes. The possibilities of using logical correlations are shown to improve the quality of design results in the analysis of noise immunity and performance of schemes. Familical analysis models of logical analysis are formalized and adapted to the specifics of digital CMOP schemes. The effectiveness of the developed methods and their high potential in the design of the KMOP SBIS is shown.
The book is based on the results obtained at the institution of the Russian Academy of Sciences Institute for Design Problems in the microelectronics of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IPPM RAS)
