Metallurgical technologies in a high -performance electric -foil workshop

Metallurgical technologies used in a high-performance electric-foil workshop, on the example of Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Combine PJSC and MMK-Metalurji metallurgical company, are considered. The main equipment is presented and the technology of smelting of the semi-product in powerful arc steeling furnaces of alternating current with a capacity of 180 and 250 tons, metal refinements on the units of bucket processing: the “bucket-patch” unit and vacuum plants of chamber and circulation type. The device and the operation of dry gas cleaning of chipboard are considered, attention is paid to methods for increasing the resistance of the lining of steel bucket. Continuous steel spilling was considered in detail with the receipt of varietal and sludge workpieces, as well as thin slaves and thick hot-rolled sheet as part of the foundry and rolling complex.
