Metal processing machines. Textbook

General information about metalworking machines, the classification of metalworking machines, the main criteria for evaluating the performance of the machine, described typical parts and nodes (including mechatron) are set out, design calculations are described. The devices and kinematic schemes of universal and specialized machines with manual controls, turning machines and semiautomatic machines, electrophysico-chemical (EFH) processing, as well as modern machines with numerical control (CNC) are considered. Multipurpose machines for the processing of corps blanks and rotation bodies of horizontal and vertical layout with an antishpindel, automatic change instrumentation are described. Basic information about the operation of metalworking machines is given: transportation, installation on the foundation, testing, repair and maintenance.
