The manifesto of harmonious development is not a very ordinary book. As we recall, the manifesto is a statement, a call, and the concept of harmonious development returns the reader to the cultural and moral-ideological sources of our multinational state. Considering and analyzing in detail the now popular Platform of the SDUR/ESG, the authors come to the conclusion about the preference for Russia to the paths of harmonious development, which has historically developed on the basis of spiritual and moral values, national characteristics, priorities and traditions.
As part of the study by the authors, a value panel of the harmonious development of Russia is formed, which is a logical continuation of the approach regulated in the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 09.11.2022 No. 809 "On approval of the foundations of state policy to preserve and strengthen traditional Russian spiritual and moral values." The noospheric platform of V.I. is considered as a tool for harmonious development. Vernadsky analyzes the implementation of the main conditions necessary for the formation, existence and development of the noosphere. The theoretical significance of the issues considered in the book is due to the new reading of the ESG and sustainable development concept proposed by the authors, as well as a comprehensive analysis of the goals of the Sustainable Development of the UN from the standpoint of Russian interests.
