The monograph is devoted to the development of the theory and methodology of the management of innovation-investment activities of industrial organizations and the preparation of machine-building production by integrating innovative and investment processes. As a result of the study, the methodological foundations of the management of the innovation-investment activities of industrial organizations were developed on the basis of the creation of an innovative-synergistic center for the management of innovation and investment activities (IID IID) In order to form an effective system for preparing production, the foundations of the organizational and economic system of infrastructure and complex preparation of production, which combined a complex of key subsystems of the enterprise, are proposed.
