The training manual takes into account modern achievements of the sugar industry, as well as the results of recent studies of effective management of technological processes, including the diagnosis of the causes of violation of these regimes and the emerging unforeseen situations. The mechanism for making effective decisions is described in violations of the technological regime, which is presented as an innovative system created on the basis of information and modeling technologies in the form of a special management program of these processes, shows options for use and ways to implement its practical implementation. This is especially important when rational decisions must be made promptly and in conditions of production uncertainty.
