A generalized digital processing scheme of the analog signal, the concept of real time, the concept of normal time, the concept of normal time, are studied, typical discrete signals are studied. A description of linear discrete systems (LDS) in the temporary area is given: properties, physical improvisability conditions, variable equations, recursive and non -targeted LDS. The principle of organizing multi -speed signal processing: single and multiple decimation and interpolation systems, as well as methods for the implementation of interpolators and decimators, has been set out. Studying methods for comparing speech signals are studied.
