The textbook introduces the state and development trends of innovative technologies and equipment for the production of responsible parts of gas turbine engines (GTD) The technologies for processing discs, shafts, shaped parts of complex form from high -strength, heat -resistant alloys on multi -purpose processing centers and lingering machines are considered. The methods of drilling holes in the shoulder blades are considered. Methods of additive technologies, laser cutting technologies, welding, surfacing of the blades and blisks GTD are given. The analysis of grinding technologies was carried out, methods of automated adaptive grinding and dimensional polishing.
Methods of measuring sizes, shapes, arrangement of surfaces, non -destructive quality control, internal defects and methods of automated assembly of the assembly components of the GTD with contact and optical measuring systems. The methodology, engineering of technological re -equipment of production, ways to increase the efficiency of technological processes are given on the example of investment projects in the implementation of which the author took part.
The manual can be recommended by graduate students, senior students of technical universities, institutes and technical schools, students of the design and technological specialties of designing and production of the GTD.
