The monograph is devoted to the basis of the organization of management of high-tech and high-tech production of services in transport-process-resource (engineering) logistics. Particular attention is paid to the issues of synergy of logistics processes when moving the flow of resources-sifter, their optimal use based on metrics, as well as a decrease in the risks of the functioning of enterprises through process formalization. A retrospective analysis of the results of the digital transformation of transport and logistics of states with a developed economy is presented. The main state decisions in the field of strategy for the scientific and technological development of Russia and the digital economy are given. Ways of scientific and technological development of domestic transport and communication logistics infrastructure are proposed.
