The intriguing properties of dynamic chaos and the associated bifurcation phenomena have long attracted the close attention of researchers. Achievements in the field of complex dynamics of non-linear systems made it possible to realize the potential meaning of dynamic chaos as a means and ideology of information processing and transmission of information by the beginning of the 1990s.
