Based on the theory of megaplastic deformation developed by A.K. Onishchenko, a new approach to the design of the technological processes of forging is recommended, taking into account the transformation of the initial macrostructure of ingots and the achievement of the maximum of physical and mechanical properties in the direction of the action of maximum operating stresses to the details. New technological diagrams of tuitions of shafts, disks and promotions of reactors are given, as well as the technological processes of ingot and blanks of masses up to 360t developed and implemented in production. The criteria for the spacing and stampability of steels and alloys, as well as the mechanism of deformation of industrial steels and titanium alloys in a state of super -plasticity.
In the monograph, the first theory and the causes of the formation of phloxes in steels and hydrogen fragility of titanium alloys are presented for the first time.
The book is intended for engineering and scientific workers for blacksmithing and stamping production, and can also serve as a manual for students and graduate students studying in the specialties of "technology and pressure processing" and "metals processing pressure".
