A new method of increasing the service life of guides for telescopic hydraulic cylinders, through bushings and pistons for single -stage hydraulic cylinders made of cast iron scores 20. The performance of cast iron parts increases due to thermodyffusion strengthening of aluminum and vanadium from the powder environment in the contact method.
The structures of aluminarized layers are analyzed, depending on the content of aluminum in the charge. The results of the phase and micro -lepestral analyzes are presented. The results of studies of the kinetics of the formation of aluminaded layers and wear on wear under various conditions of abrasion and corrosion resistance are given.
