New approaches to the substantiation of technical requirements for the level of resistance to fragile and cyclic destruction of high -strength materials for loaded threaded joints are presented. The results of testing of field and model threaded and flange joints from fasteners in conditions of non -stationary loading are analyzed. Methods of calculating the concentration and intensity of voltages and deformations in the thread of the fasteners are proposed and tested, taking into account the redistribution of the load on turns with low -cycle fatigue of the connection from the materials of studs (bolts) with various cyclic properties. The paths of constructive and technological improvement of threaded joints are considered, ensuring a decrease in the effect of redistribution of load on the turns of threads and, accordingly, an increase in the performance of the thread with repeated delays of the connection.
