This is the second book of a series of practical manuals of four books under the general name “Half -order BIS on BMK series 5503 and 5507”, dedicated to general information about basic matrix crystals, issues of the design methodology based on them, design tools and libraries of functional cells. The book contains a description of the system of automated design “Ark 3.04” used in the development of specialized KMOP microcircuits based on basic matrix crystals of series 5503 and 5507, which have been widely used in the electronic equipment for various purposes. All CAD subsystems are described in detail that implement a full cycle of designing microcircuits from the development of a logical project to preparing BIS for production.
