This book presents an illustrated historical path of origin, formation, heyday, temporary oblivion, modern level of development and prospects for technologies and equipment of gasification of condensed fuels. The main directions of their application are considered (in alternative energy, in particular during gasification of specially grown phytomos and waste disposal, in the chemical industry, etc).
As applications to the main text in this book, the lists of terms and basic concepts, scientific works and printed publications related to this topic are placed (from 1811 to the present day) in Russian and English, as well as links to Sites containing relevant information.
The book is intended mainly for engineering and technical specialists involved in the design, manufacture and operation of technological and thermal power complexes based on the gasification of condensed fuels.
