The book considers the general problems of the organization of rational electricity consumption in the industrial sphere and housing and communal services, theoretical approaches to the creation of special algorithms for optimizing electricity consumption in industrial equipment, and a brief analysis of the possibility of using typical optimization models in the tasks of implementing a reduction in electricity consumption. Existing models of artificial intelligence, including fuzzy logic, are given, an assessment of the possibility of their use in the organization of rational electricity consumption in technological equipment is given.
The capabilities and principles of the organization of rational electricity consumption based on the technologies of the industrial Internet of things (IIOT), the intellectualization of buildings and structures are considered. The main directions and options for the practical implementation of built-in systems for optimizing electricity consumption in industrial equipment, including the use of special operating modes of power electrical equipment of industrial installations, reducing losses by the method of forecasting the technical condition of power units, optimizing the installed power of electrical equipment, and the use of frequency-regulated electrical drives. A detailed method of choosing frequency converters and asynchronous electric motors is given. Examples of the implementation of devices and systems of rational electricity consumption are considered.
