The main paradigms of the diagnostic and forecasting systems for the technical condition of the pipeline part and electrical equipment of the technological installations of compressor stations and the technological network of mobile radio communications areas of the main gas and oil pipelines are considered. The results of a comprehensive study of the characteristics of the pipeline strapping and the means of monitoring safe transport of hydrocarbon raw materials are proposed. The analysis of the radio cover of the designed network of technological mobile radio communications is given.
