The foundations of the crystalline structure of materials, the basic laws of the crystallization process, aggregate states, the properties of iron -carbon alloys, the technology of heat treatment of metals and alloys are considered. The issues of classification of iron-carbon alloys for electrical and heat-power, titanium, copper and aluminum alloys, structural materials based on polymers, plastic and composites were disclosed. The technologies of metallurgical and foundry production, equipment for hot and cold processing of metals with pressure and cutting, obtaining welded joints, manufacturing technologies by powder metallurgy, production of polymeric materials and products are considered.
