Yuri Gagarin is dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the flight of the first astronaut.
The publication is a chronological information and impressive series of 151 landings of manned spacecraft of the Soviet Union and Russia, starting from the East to the MS-16 Union, committed in 1961-2020. It describes the principles of search and rescue support of the Flights of the Soyuz ships, a brief history of the air-space and rescue service is given, the participation of specialists in the medical support of search and rescue operations in the landing areas of space crews and the features of the work at the place of landing are indicated.
In addition, brief information is given about the crews of spaceships, sites of landings and circumstances related to the search and evacuation of astronauts.
Illustrations are a large number of photographs and crew emblems taken from a wide variety of sources for each landing separately
