The continuation of a fascinating description of the history of the formation and development of heat and electric power in the Russian Empire on the example of St. Petersburg. The main theme of this part is the history of the Electric Station of the School Council at the Holy Synod. The interest in it was caused by the reorganization of the heat supply system of buildings of the School Council and the synodal printing in 1913 when using the exhaust pair of steam machines for the operation of heating and ventilation systems, as well as the use of pumping circulation in these systems. The biography of the head of this power plant is the mechanic-mechanical engineer Kurbanova M. M. and a brief description of the objects on which he worked was given
