The retrospective of the development of winding devices is shown. The advantages and disadvantages of modern structures are formulated and characterized. Different modifications of the structures of modern turns -forming wire rolling mills, as well as the features of the technology of vitco formation for heat treatment purposes, are shown. The development directions of equipment for winding and vitco formation are shown.
The existing theoretical views on the process and the basics of the theory of the processes of vitcoma of the rental for various types of devices, including mathematical models of processes and the methodology for determining the main technological parameters, are outlined. The concept of the zone of the formation of the turns and the technological criterion of the vitco formation has been introduced. The methodology for calculating the energy balance of processes and calculating the power of the vitko -forming devices is given. On this base, the theoretical justification of the innovative process of the vitcoric formation is built by the action of inertial (dynamic) forces.
The methodology of experimental large -scale modeling of the processes of vitco formation and winding is set out and substantiated.
