Engineering pedagogy in the process of training specialists for the food industry

The training manual discusses the issues of modern requirements for the formation of competencies of the power industry in the conditions of a changing paradigm of education. Engineering pedagogy implies the use of pedagogical science to prepare an engineer. The effectiveness of the process of training specialists is determined by the inclusion and development of scientific and technical creativity in the educational process. The material for writing a textbook was a combination of theoretical foundations and own experience and vision of the authors.
