Electrical materials science

The textbook is written in accordance with the requirement of the state educational standard of teaching general professional disciplines and is intended for the training of specialists in the enlarged group of specialties Electro and heat power.
The textbook consists of three parts in which it is considered: metal science and heat treatment of metals, dielectrics and conduction materials. The second part gives general information about dielectrics, the main dielectric materials used in electrical engineering, their characteristics and areas of application are described. The third part describes the basic properties of conduction materials and their application.
