Part II of the training manual presents the integrated model of the chief operator of the airport and the model of the structure of its economic mechanism.
The main subsystem of the economic mechanism is considered - the subsystem of airport activity, which includes the following elements (systems): strategic planning, organizational structure and management structure, organization of general planning for the creation (development) of the airport infrastructure, operation of the airport, the organization of the production of airport services and Operational airport management, property management and organization of non -aviation activities.
The materials of the training manual are structured, contain practical examples of the production and economic activities of the main operators of the airports of the Russian Federation, are equipped with drawings, schemes and tables that facilitate perception.
Prepared by teachers of the departments of management, transport law, commercial activities, economics of St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation. The materials of the manual can be used in the educational process by students, undergraduates, graduate students and teachers in the areas of training: "management", "legal support for air transport", "economy", "organization of airport activities", as well as civil aviation specialists.
